The Story
Toronto is home to one of the largest Filipino communities outside the Philippines. Every summer, that heritage takes centre stage.
Organized by Fiesta Extravaganza, the Filipino Fiesta Toronto transforms its venue into a celebration of Philippine heritage — traditional and contemporary art forms, from intricate dance performances in colourful native costumes to live music spanning OPM, Kundiman ballads, and modern pop-rock. Filipino celebrities fly in from Manila. Regional diversity from 7,641 islands is represented. And the food? The food is something you’ll never forget.
